In order to get a Norwegian driving license, we have to take a fairly strict practical driving exam and give up our US license for destruction, because we “shouldn’t need it any longer.” Of course, whoever came up with that bit of logic at the traffic office obviously has never tried to buy wine in the United States [...]
I just realized that since I left for India right at the end of January, I never made any special mention of the one-year mark! So this is a little late, but Happy Anniversary to us! I think this calls for cake!
