It’s definitely starting to feel wintery here in Oslo.  Not so much because of the temperatures, although it hasn’t been much above freezing for a few days now.  I think it has more to do with the waning daylight, the streams and puddles freezing over, and there was a tiny dusting from a light snow flurry that managed to stick the upper deck of the parking structure by our office.  There are also people ice skating in the stadium across the street from our apartment, and the shops and restaurants have started putting their little welcome flames out on the sidewalks.
